1. Project - Things I like to do... and what about you?

Divide a page of your copy into two, by drawing a line down the page.

• Write your name at the top of one side of the page.
  
• Think of an older person that you know well, for example, your Gran or Grandad or an older neighbour. Write the name of the older person at the top of the other side of the page.

Under your own name, write down all the things that you like to do. What games do you play? Do you watch TV? What programs do you like?

Take your copy home and ask the older person you know to tell you about the things they like to do. Write these things in your copy, under that person's name.

Compare the things that you like to do with what the older person likes to do. How many things do you both like doing?
